Check that you are using the correct mobile number that you signed up with so the Karta Gift Card mobile app can send you a one-time password (6-digit numerical code) to log into your account.
Once you have successfully signed in you have an active session. This session will remain active even when you close the Karta Gift Card Mobile app, provided you do not sign out first, clear the app's cache or delete the app.
When you return to sign in with an active session, then you'll be able to log in using the following options:
1. If Biometrics are turned off, you'll log in using the device PIN (4-digit numerical code) that you created during your sign-up process
2. If Biometrics are turned on, you'll log in using the device's Biometric option (Face ID or Fingerprint)
