Biometrics are the different identification options made available on your mobile device. Both Apple and Android offer Face ID or Fingerprint options depending on your mobile device.
Using Biometrics to log into your account helps to keep your account, Karta Gift Cards and associated personal information secure.
To enable or disable Biometrics for login, please follow the below steps:
1. Enable Biometrics on your device and ensure that the Karta Gift Card mobile app has access to use Biometrics
2. Log in to your Karta Gift Card mobile app account
3. Press on the menu icon (3 vertical lines stacked) in the top left corner
4. Select the 'Settings' menu option
5. Click on the toggle next to 'Biometric Login Option'
Please note when the Biometric Login Option is turned off (toggle is greyed out) then you will use the 4-digit device PIN you set up when signing up, to log in to your Karta Gift Card mobile app account.
