How do I reset my Device PIN?

After you have logged in to your account via your mobile # you'll need to ensure that the 'Biometric Setting' is turned off in the 'Settings'. This will force you to use a Device PIN to log in to your mobile account.


Once the above has been completed, do not log out of your account but close the Karta Mobile App all-together. Re-open the Karta Mobile App and you'll be presented with the Device PIN screen to gain access to your Karta Mobile App account.


At the bottom of the login screen asking for your 4-digit numerical PIN there is an option called 'Forgotten PIN?'. Click this option and follow the below steps to complete the PIN reset.


1. Send a verification code (6-digit numerical code) to your mobile number

2. Enter the new code received via SMS

3. Enter your new desired PIN code (4-digit numerical code)

4. Confirm the new PIN code

5. A confirmation page will appear saying your new PIN has been set successfully!


Once the above has been completed you'll be returned to the login screen to complete your account login again to access your Karta Digital Gift Cards.
