I received a Karta Digital Gift Card, what do I do next?

Congratulations on receiving your Karta Digital Gift Card! 

Karta's Digital Gift Cards are not like traditional Gift Card vouchers, they are designed to be put into your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and transacted with as if they were a bank debit or credit card, in-store, online or over the phone.

Before this, however, you'll first need to complete a few steps to claim and activate your Karta Digital Gift Card:

1. Click on the 'Claim' button or link that you have been sent

2. Complete the claims flow and wait for the SMS message to be sent to you

3. Click on the link in the SMS message to begin activating your Karta Digital Gift Card

4. When prompted, download the Karta Gift Card mobile app

5. Create a new Karta Gift Card mobile app account using the same mobile # you received the SMS to

6. Land on the 'My Cards' screen in the Karta Gift Card mobile App to view your Karta Digital Gift Card

Once all of the above has been completed, your Karta Digital Gift Card is ready to be added to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. This can be done by pressing the 'Add to Apple Wallet' or 'Add to G Pay' button displayed at the bottom of the screen and following your device's instructions.
