Can I delete my Karta Gift Card mobile account?

Yes, your Karta Gift Card mobile account can be deleted but it's important to note that once the account is fully deleted any Karta Digital Gift Cards you have with a balance will also be cancelled and the balance forfeited.

In case you'd like to change your mind after you've deleted your Karta Gift Card mobile account, we do give you a grace period of 5 days to reactivate your account should you choose to do so. You can re-activate your Karta Gift Card mobile account by contacting [email protected].

During the 5-day grace period, your Karta Gift Card mobile account will be placed in a suspended state. Any Karta Digital Gift Cards in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet will remain active for this period for you to spend the balance.

After the 5th day has passed Karta Gift Cards will then:

1. Delete all of your data associated with your Karta Gift Card mobile account

2. Cancel all active Karta Digital Gift Cards, forfeiting the remaining values

Once your Karta Gift Card mobile account is deleted you will need to create a new account to access this service again, however, any previous Karta Digital Gift Cards will not be available to you.

If you wish to proceed with deleting your Kart Gift Card mobile account, you can do so by following the below steps:

1. Logging in to your Karta Gift Card mobile account

2. Selecting the menu in the top left corner (3 stacked vertical lines)

2. Selecting ‘Settings’

3. Selecting ‘Delete Account’

4. Follow the on-screen instructions
