I am having trouble logging in to my Karta account.

Check that you are using the correct mobile number so Karta can send you a One-time password to log into your account. If you previously set up biometrics with your Karta account, you can also use this to login. 

 

If after this you are still facing challenges logging in, please contact our customer support team by emailing Support@karta.au
