How do I reset my Card PIN?

To reset your Card PIN, follow the below instructions:

1. Open the Karta app and navigate to the Karta Digital Gift Card you want to reset your PIN for

2. Click on 'Manage PIN'.

3. Send a verification code (6-digit numerical code) to your mobile number

4. Enter the new code received via SMS

5. Enter your new desired PIN code (4-digit numerical code)

6. Confirm the new PIN code.

7. A confirmation page will appear saying your new PIN has been set successfully!

Card PINs can be changed at any time and as many times as you like.
