How many cards can I add to a single device?

This figure varies however we've provided some information below that we are aware of:

iOS 14 or lower, Watch OS 7 or lower: 12 cards on iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and Apple Watch Series 3 or newer models
iOS 15, Watch OS 8: 4 more cards than previously supported (12 > 16 / 8> 12)
On any other supported devices, you can add up to 8 cards
There is no limit to the number of cards in Google Wallet

Please note that this information can change with updates to operating systems from both Apple and Android.
