Please check the following:
Check the balance of the card in the Karta App to ensure enough funds are available to complete the purchase or request the merchant to use multiple payment methods to complete the purchase.
Has the merchant added a surcharge for the payment? This may cause the purchase amount to be greater than the value available on the card.
Check the merchant accepts Mastercard and is putting the payment through like a debit/credit transaction.
If you have checked the above and are still receiving a decline, please get in touch with the Karta support team by emailing us at Support@karta.com.au (Please do not include any sensitive card information in your email)
