I received a Karta Gift Card, what do I do next?

Please check that you have the Karta Gift Cards app installed and open, an account created and are logged in to the app. Once you have the app open and are logged in, try clicking on the SMS link sent to you. 

 

If the above fails to add your card to the Karta app, please contact our customer support team by emailing support@karta.com
