I'm trying to add a card to my Apple Wallet or Google Wallet but it shows me the message 'Card Not Added - Contact Your Issuer'. Can you help?

This error message is a security check for devices and/or cards that are flagged for fraudulent activity by Apple and Google. Please contact our customer service team by emailing Support@karta.com.au for further assistance.
