What happens if my physical Karta Gift Card is not activated?

Provide Karta Customer Support (support@karta.com.au) a copy of the purchase receipt including the activation slip, and a copy of the front and back of the card.

If the above is not able to be provided, the physical Karta Gift Card needs to be returned to the place of purchase to complete the activation correctly.
